Since 1906, classical philology has been an internationally renowned journal studying life, language, and thought in ancient Greece and Rome. Covering a wide range of topics, including elucidating the language, literature, history, art, philosophy, social life, material culture, religion, and reception aspects of ancient Greece and Rome.

The research objects of classical philology include texts, versions, translations, and annotations of ancient literature. Through the study of these documents, scholars can better understand the history, culture, philosophy, and art of ancient Greece and Rome, providing valuable reference and inspiration for our society today. The importance of this research is not only reflected in the academic field, but also in its significance for us to understand the development and evolution of human civilization. The ancient Greek and Roman civilizations are one of the most important civilizations in human history, and they have had a profound impact on the development of Western culture. Therefore, the study of classical philology is of great significance for us to understand the foundation and development of Western culture.
