As a comprehensive legal journal, the breadth and depth of the Buffalo Law Review reflects the rich intersections between the legal discipline and other social sciences and humanities. It not only focuses on the theory and practice of traditional legal fields, such as constitutional law, civil law, criminal law, commercial law, etc., but also puts special emphasis on the integration of law with other disciplines to promote interdisciplinary academic dialogue.
In political science, journals may explore the relationship between law and political power, the role of the legal system in the political process, and the impact of policymaking on legal practice. In the field of law, it covers a wide range of topics, including legal theory, legal interpretation, judicial review, and legal education. From a sociological perspective, journals may discuss how law affects social structures and individual behavior, and how social issues are transformed into legal issues. The combination of economics and law may involve the economic analysis of law, market regulation, and the regulation of law on economic activities.
