上班族裝病翹班多 你職場倦怠了嗎
上班族，1000個請假的理由中，“生病”可能是使用頻率最多的一個。前段時間，據(jù)英國路透社報道，全球最大的勞動力管理解決方案提供商克羅諾思公司調(diào)查稱，七成中國人承認有過“裝病翹班”的行為，位居全球之首。這個數(shù)據(jù)在白領中引起一片嘩然。在本報寫字樓QQ群里，當記者詢問“你裝病翹班過嗎”，好多群員在群里不說話，但發(fā)來了私信，一開頭多數(shù)是“偷笑”的表情，然后跟一句：原來這么多人都裝病過。
隨機小調(diào)查：46%的白領曾裝病翹班
記者在QQ群里，對100位在線群員隨機提問，一共有66位群員回答了問題，其中承認自己曾經(jīng)裝病翹班的白領為31人，占46%。
裝病理由中，感冒成為裝病的首選，成為45%的白領翹班理由；其次是25%的人選擇了肚子疼；牙疼和頭疼成了5%的裝病理由；25%的裝病理由為其他。至于一次裝病時間有多長，80%只裝一天??；而10%裝病時間為一星期；3%裝病時間超過一個月；令人奇怪的是，裝病兩三天的人只有6%。而裝病的實際原因中，所占比例最高的是當天有私事，占了57%，事假不好請或者扣錢比較多，所以大家都開病假條；27%是工作壓力大，想休息一天喘口氣，輕松一下；9%的人是去找其他工作了，需要時間面試，請病假就成了最好的借口；對公司一些政策不滿，因此變相“罷工抗議”的人占了6%。
