      四、申請資料

      1. 《外國人入境審批表》一份;同一邀請單位每次邀請的外國商人一般不得超過2名;不得邀請未成年人入境。([附件:外國人入境審批表.doc][附件:審批表填寫說明.doc])

      2. 《申請報告》(由邀請單位以單位信箋紙打印、蓋章,說明來華(穗)目的、在華(穗)行程和相關承諾及擔保事項);這是具有法律效力的申請報告,必須按原有格式,只能根據(jù)申請公司的具體情況作出相應的公司、人員、姓名、電話、公司地址等修改。([附件:申請報告.doc])

      3. 邀請單位企業(yè)營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本復印件(上年度已通過年審);

      4. 邀請單位銀行資信證明(內容包括:公司全稱、注冊帳號、是否有效、是否有經常往來、是否有存款);

      5. 外國人有效護照復印件(必須清晰可見姓名、出生日期、國籍、護照號碼、護照有效期等信息,且護照有效期須在半年以上);

      6. 被邀請人單位(個人)銀行資信證明(英文證明內容包括:公司全稱(個人姓名)、注冊帳號、是否有效、是否有經常往來、有多少存款等)。

      7. 被邀請人以往來華出入境記錄(最后一次來華出入境記錄)。 被邀請對象尚在我國境內的不予受理。

      須經常來華(三個月以內兩次以上進入中國境內進行商務活動的)的外籍商人,申請資料必須提供最后一次來華的出入境簽證記錄。不予提供者,我會不接受申請。

      如被邀請人屬首次來華,外國公司出具的在職證明掃描件(須用外國公司信箋紙出具該英文證明,內容包括該外國商人在該公司所任職務、護照號、來華目的、出入境時間、旅費是否足夠等,加蓋外國公司公章及相關負責人簽名); 邀請單位出具與外國公司商務往來證明(有效經貿合同,真實的商務往來email原件的打印件)。

      現(xiàn)代的人們似乎存在一個共識,隨著全球經濟一體化的飛速發(fā)展,人們已把全球比作一個小山村 (Global village)。更有人描述其為小山村 (Small village)。因為世界各國間的政治、經濟與科技交流越來越頻繁,現(xiàn)代通訊的工具也越來越得以廣泛的應用。舉例來說由過去廣泛應用的電話,電報,電傳,書信發(fā)展到當今的除此之外的電子通信,網(wǎng)路電話,網(wǎng)絡會議,傳真等等在國際貿易和民間交往中,信息的交流是必需的。而這些具體交流溝通的載體就是“語言”。

      有相關資料統(tǒng)計顯示,世界上有超過百分之六十以上的人口在講十二種語言,其中包括聯(lián)合國規(guī)定的六種工作語言即:漢語、英語、法語、俄語、西班牙語和阿拉伯語。漢語是使用人數(shù)最多的一種,現(xiàn)已超過十三億人口,但區(qū)域比較集中,基本上局限在中國和一些海外的華人集聚地;英語緊隨其后,將英語作為官方語言的有英國、美國、加拿大、澳大利亞和新西蘭,人口有近四億;此外,英聯(lián)邦的五十三個國家把英語作為第二語言或官方的對外交際語言,人口兩點五億,將英語作為外國語使用的人約有三到五億。由此可見,英文不僅使用的人數(shù)眾多,涵蓋的范圍也最廣。從上世紀中葉起,由于美國在世界政治、軍事、經濟、科技等方面的地位日益提高,英文的使用也趨于更加廣泛。目前,各國際組織間的政治、經濟會議,各國的商貿往來、學術交流等使用的文件基本上都是用英文撰寫和記載的;非英語國家出版的各類學術著作、研發(fā)的科技成果等均是用英文對外發(fā)表的,就連不同國家華人之間的一些商貿往來信函也用英文撰寫的。由于世界經濟一體化已成為一種必然的趨勢,從戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的角度來分析,英文商業(yè)信函的使用非但不會減少,反而會持續(xù)攀升,其地位和作用也會變的更加顯著和重要。

      除以上政治,經濟,學術,商貿交往外,我國的大學四~六級英語考試也有英語信函的寫作內容。國際通用的雅士英語測試也有信函寫作的考試內容。更有一些大學畢業(yè)生在求職,申請海外留學,移民,工作在合資,獨資企業(yè)的技術人員也經常面對信函的書寫問題。而生活在海外的中國人每天要面對大量信件,這些信件來自于當?shù)卣?社會團體,金融機構,保險公司,貸款公司,海關,法庭,警察諸多種種。有聲明信,解釋信,投訴信,委托信等等,這些還是作為主要交流工具解決人們日常中面臨的煩惱,對事情的處理意見,解決方法等等。因為信函附有本人簽字在西方國家具有比電話, Email 等其它方式更多的法律效力。
