If I were a boy again, I would practice perseverance（毅力）more often, and never give up a thing because it was hard or inconvenient. If we want light, we must conquer darkness. Perseverance can sometimes equal genius in its results. “There are only two creatures,” says a proverb, “who can surmount the pyramids—the eagle and the snail.”

If I were a boy again, I would school myself into a habit of attention; I would let nothing come between me and the subject in hand. I would remember that a good skater never tries to skate in two directions at once. The habit of attention becomes part of our life, if we begin early enough. I often hear grown-up people say “I could not fix my attention on the lecture or book, although I wished to do so” , and the reason is, the habit was not formed in youth.

If I were to live my life over again, I would pay more attention to the cultivation of the memory. I would strengthen that faculty by every possible means, and on every possible occasion. It takes a little hard work at first to remember things accurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little trouble. It only needs early cultivation to become a power.

If I were a boy again, I would look on the cheerful side. Life is very much like a mirror: if you smile upon it, I smile back upon you; but if you frown and look doubtful on it, you will get a similar look in return.

Inner sunshine warms not only the heart of the owner, but of all that come in contact with it. “who shuts love out ,in turn shall be shut out from love.”

Finally, instead of trying hard to be happy, as if that were the sole purpose of life, I would, if I were a boy again, I would still try harder to make others happy.

If we would ever accomplish anything in life, let us not forget that we must persevere. If we would learn our lessons in school, we must be diligent and not give up whenever we come to anything difficult. We shall find many of our lessons very hard, but let us consider that the harder they are the better they will do to us if we will persevere and learn them thoroughly.

But there are some among us who are ready to give up when they come to a hard example in mathematics, and say, "I can”t do this." They never will if they feel so. "I can”t" never does anything worthwhile; but "I”ll try" accomplishes wonders.

Let us remember that we shall meet with difficulties all through life. They are in the pathway of everyone. If we will only try and keep trying, we shall be sure to conquer and overcome every difficulty we meet with. If we have a hard lesson today, let us strive to learn it well and then we shall be prepared for a harder one tomorrow. And if we learn to master hard lessons in school, it will prepare us to overcome the hard things that we shall meet in life, when our school days are over.

When lecturing, the teacher only repeated what the text-books says, which was very dull so the his students interest in learning was not aroused. His teaching was short of unity of teaching and learning. At present there is a fact that we know a few brilliant and top college graduates are not qualified for their posts. The reason for it may be lack of the ability to combine knowledge learnt from books with pragmatics in their work. Students of this kind will be successful in every exam but they will be able to use freely their knowledge in their posts. Dont you think it waste training such persons for the country

To sum up from the above, I can say marks are not absolutely authoritative for some. If we neglect training and developing the students ability and competence and if we only seek for the high marks, we will be absolutely wrong. We should take an objective attitude towards the marks. 第一：什么是職業(yè)化？

職業(yè)化的定義：職業(yè)化是指工作狀態(tài)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化和制度化，我認(rèn)為通俗地講，一個(gè)訓(xùn)練有素的職業(yè)人就是在合適的時(shí)間、合適的地點(diǎn)，用合適的方式，說(shuō)合適的話(huà)，做合適的事。這句話(huà)很形象地概括了的職業(yè)化的內(nèi)涵。關(guān)鍵是“合適”這個(gè)詞用得很好，為什么這么說(shuō)，我打個(gè)比方，你見(jiàn)過(guò)長(zhǎng)期在工地上干活的人穿得西裝革履嗎？你見(jiàn)過(guò)穿著西裝去修空調(diào)的嗎？

背景：目前我們公司正處于由“單一工程建造商”轉(zhuǎn)型為“具備設(shè)計(jì)施工能力的國(guó)際工程承包商”和“具備產(chǎn)業(yè)化特征的建筑綜合服務(wù)商”的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。

我們的期望：業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)更好、市場(chǎng)布局更優(yōu)、管理更科學(xué)。

打造職業(yè)化團(tuán)隊(duì)不僅是促進(jìn)企業(yè)從優(yōu)秀走向卓越的有力保障，更將為企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)提供不竭動(dòng)力。我們公司，現(xiàn)在面臨著機(jī)遇，同時(shí)也是一種挑戰(zhàn)。因此，我們推出了“兩商”戰(zhàn)略。

我們的模式是采用施工總承包的商業(yè)模式承攬工程項(xiàng)目，但是，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的變化，施工總承包商業(yè)模式的經(jīng)營(yíng)之路越走越狹窄了，那么我們?cè)倏纯磭?guó)際上建筑公司的模式是什么樣的呢？

目前國(guó)際上比較常用的有EPC（設(shè)計(jì)-采購(gòu)-施工/交鑰匙工程）模式、BT模式（建造-移交）、BOT模式（建造-經(jīng)營(yíng)-移交）等。

這些都是我們國(guó)際工程領(lǐng)域中值得借鑒的新型商業(yè)模式。

國(guó)際上的模式給我們的啟示：未來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)建筑市場(chǎng)的需求必定是多元化的，所以施工企業(yè)的能力也應(yīng)當(dāng)是多元的，而要做到這一點(diǎn)，就必然未雨綢繆，所謂未雨綢繆其實(shí)就是在戰(zhàn)略上有所安排，包括對(duì)人才的引進(jìn)和培育均需要從戰(zhàn)略上充分考慮。

大家想想，我通俗點(diǎn)來(lái)說(shuō)就是，兩家單位，一家只會(huì)單純的建房子，而另一家說(shuō)，我不僅會(huì)建房子，我還會(huì)設(shè)計(jì)房子。很明顯第二家的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力就強(qiáng)很多了。第二家具備的能力這就是所謂的EPC 模式。當(dāng)我們具備這種能力的時(shí)候，我們就能走向世界，我們的路才會(huì)越走越寬。

第三對(duì)于職業(yè)化我們要怎么做？

有這樣一個(gè)故事：

一天，一位記者到建筑工地采訪(fǎng)，分別問(wèn)了三個(gè)建筑工人一個(gè)相同的問(wèn)題：“你們?cè)诟墒裁?？”第一個(gè)建筑工人頭也不抬地回答：“我正在砌一堵墻?！钡诙€(gè)建筑工人回答：“我正在蓋房子?！庇浾哂謫?wèn)第三個(gè)工人，這次他得到的回答是：“我在為人們建造漂亮的家園?！庇浾哂X(jué)得三個(gè)建筑工人的回答很有趣，就將其寫(xiě)進(jìn)了自己的報(bào)道。

若干年后，記者在整理過(guò)去的采訪(fǎng)記錄時(shí)，突然看到了這三個(gè)回答，三個(gè)不同的回答讓他產(chǎn)生了強(qiáng)烈的欲望，想去看看這三個(gè)工人現(xiàn)在的生活怎么樣。

等他找到這三個(gè)工人的時(shí)候，結(jié)果令他大吃一驚：當(dāng)年的第一個(gè)建筑工人現(xiàn)在還是一個(gè)建筑工人，仍然像從前一樣砌著他的墻；當(dāng)年的第二個(gè)工人現(xiàn)在竟然做了一名設(shè)計(jì)師；至于第三個(gè)工人，他現(xiàn)在成了一家房地產(chǎn)公司的老板，前兩個(gè)工人正在為他工作。

本來(lái)在同一崗位的三位工人，結(jié)果竟然會(huì)有如此巨大的差距，這個(gè)故事我們可以得到什么啟示呢？

第一種很悲哀，為了生存而干活，生活僅為了生存而奔波，也少了進(jìn)取的樂(lè)趣！

第二種人有夢(mèng)想，人生因夢(mèng)想而偉大，可惜缺少遠(yuǎn)見(jiàn)！

第三種人有著遠(yuǎn)大的夢(mèng)想，心懷夢(mèng)想的人終有一天能變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實(shí)，哥倫比亞夢(mèng)想著另一個(gè)世界而發(fā)現(xiàn)新大陸。

我們由這個(gè)小故事得出一個(gè)結(jié)論，那就是你對(duì)職業(yè)的態(tài)度將決定你以后在職場(chǎng)的高度。那么我們要完善自我，需要具備什么素質(zhì)呢？

我們至少要具備以下一些職業(yè)化素養(yǎng)。

1.古人說(shuō)“業(yè)精于勤，而荒于嬉”。職業(yè)化精神要求每一個(gè)員工都必須具備忠于職守、愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)的敬業(yè)精神。

2.要養(yǎng)成嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)務(wù)實(shí)的工作習(xí)慣。有人說(shuō)過(guò)：“世界上最可怕的力量是習(xí)慣，世界上最神奇的力量也是習(xí)慣”。

3.樹(shù)立終生學(xué)習(xí)的觀念?；畹嚼?，學(xué)到老，與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。確立自身的職業(yè)目標(biāo)，制定好自己的職業(yè)發(fā)展計(jì)劃，動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整和完善自己的職業(yè)方向，做好理性選擇，力爭(zhēng)在企業(yè)中實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人更高的人生價(jià)值。

4.要有樸實(shí)大方的商務(wù)儀態(tài)。個(gè)人要有良好的外在形象，俗話(huà)說(shuō)人靠衣裝，馬靠鞍。要體現(xiàn)出誠(chéng)實(shí)可靠、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致、謙虛謹(jǐn)慎、氣質(zhì)高雅，具有與爭(zhēng)先文化相適應(yīng)的舉止和氣度。

Unforgetable Experience

Once I changed my attitude toward everything， I recognized my world， my future and myself. It happened when my friends and I had almost finished our last academic year and were invited by our lovely and friend like teachers to an amazing trip， to Issyk-Kul， the pearl of Kyrgyz land. About five of my best friends and I were going to the breathtaking places of our motherland where we decided to have an unforgettable days of our life.

It was usual shiny day when we were about to leave our lyceum and get to the long road that was passing through the high and mighty mountains of “Kyrgyz jeri”. And when we were on the way to Tam chi， a fertile garden village of wooden chocolate-box cottages and shady， poplar-lined avenues， my teacher said with his funny voice， ?Listen everybody! Now we are on the way to Issyk-Kul， and I want you not to sleep on first mission of our summer vacation because you could not realize the beauty of nature and compose an essay on your final exam. And some of us really didn’t sleep after his funny advice， trying to get a real pleasure from staring at the grand mountains. But during the way the others of us were just listening the music， joking to each other and flying in their dreams. Finally， we reached the place where everyone changed their face and had a big smile， which showed that all of us were really pleased of seeing our magic lake. After some times later， we got into our nest! and then had first unforgettable dinner near the lake and under the thousands of blazing stars， which reminded us that we were in paradise. And it was indeed amazing? On the next day， after having a wonderful breakfast， we went to the beach for swimming and having a sunbath. When I saw the warm and silk like soft water that was attracting all of us， I rushed to it and noticed that not only I was running like a wild animal， but all my friends did the same as well. The water is excellent， said one of us. Yeah， it is， replied another one. But after a little time， there were again coming lots of voices like， WOW， Cool， and many other sounds that showed our both surprise and gladness. We were happy and at the same time tired. So we went back to have lunch and then to get asleep. Everyone was sleeping when one of my friends and I were playing cards and discussing about our aims in life and about friendship. I thought that having the best friends makes me feel self-assured in my decisions and be full for a real life by recognizing its wellnein community and nature. I thought that only with them I could get a hand and find the way in ! my own life path by discovering my abilities and finding out my great wishes in life. But after some minutes my friend and I were sleeping and continuing discussing， and this time in our dreams.

In evening， we were usually watching comedy films and films about the battles. But on another day we decided to have a party， so we went to a local disco named as Discovery. And the life would be more interesting that night if I didn’t quarrel with my best friend. We started arguing only for our own interests; he insisted on drinking some alcohol and dance， I insisted on not doing that because it would bring big problems and moreover it would be shame on ourselves. Unfortunately， all my friends were against me， because they thought that we could afford drinking alcohol considering that we were about to finish our school. That night I lost all my best friends just in a moment. All my thoughts about friendship were ruined; my heart burst into small pieces that will never be joined any more. And from that moment I started to build everything in my life from zero. I became more serious with my attitude toward people and became more careful myself as well.
